This Privacy Policy explains how the Property Management app ("the App", "we", "us") collects, uses, stores, and protects your information. By installing or using the App you agree to the practices described below. The App is available in English, Arabic, and Persian.

Plain-language summary: Most of your data — units, tenants, payments, obligations, and expenses — is stored locally on your own device. We use Firebase only to sign you in. The only information stored on our servers is your account email address. We do not sell your data. You can delete your account and its data directly from within the App at any time.

1. Information We Collect

a. Account information

When you create an account or sign in, we collect and process:

  • Email address
  • Encrypted authentication credentials (handled by Firebase Authentication — we never store your raw password)

b. Data you enter into the App

To provide its core features, the App stores information that you choose to record about your properties and contacts, including:

  • Units / properties: names, types, addresses, descriptions, rent amounts, and status
  • Tenants: full name, national/ID number, phone number, lease start and end dates, rent and deposit amounts
  • Payments & obligations: amounts, dates, payment methods, payee/payer names, and notes
  • Expenses: categories, amounts, dates, and notes
Some of the above (such as tenant names, national ID numbers, and phone numbers) may relate to other people. You are responsible for ensuring you have a lawful basis and any necessary consent to record their information in the App.

c. Device & technical data

  • Notification permission status (used to send you due-date reminders)
  • Device language/locale (used to set the App's display language)

2. Where Your Data Is Stored

Because your operational property data lives on your device, deleting the App or resetting the database from the Settings screen will permanently remove that local data. We cannot recover it for you.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To authenticate you and keep your account secure
  • To provide the App's features (managing units, tenants, payments, obligations, and expenses)
  • To generate financial summaries and reports within the App
  • To send local reminders about upcoming or overdue obligations
  • To display the App in your preferred language

4. Push Notifications

With your permission, the App schedules local reminders (for example, one day before an obligation's due date). You can disable notifications at any time through your device settings. The App functions without notification access; you simply won't receive reminders.

The App relies on the following third-party services, each governed by its own privacy policy:

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not share your data with advertisers. Information is only processed by the third-party infrastructure providers listed above strictly to operate the App, or where required by law.

7. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information: passwords are managed through Firebase's secure authentication and are never stored in plain text, and account communications use encrypted connections. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and you are responsible for protecting the device on which your local data is stored (for example, with a device passcode).

8. Data Retention & Account Deletion

Local data is retained on your device until you delete it, reset the database, or uninstall the App. Your account email is retained in Firebase for as long as your account remains active.

You can permanently delete your account at any time directly within the App via Settings → Delete Account. This immediately removes your account and email from our servers in a single step, with no additional registration, password, or login required.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. Because most operational data is stored locally, you can view, edit, or delete it directly within the App. You can delete your account email from our servers using the in-App account deletion option described above, or by contacting us using the details below.

10. Children's Privacy

The App is intended for use by adults managing property. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
